Before establishing HarborPoint Management, Greg represented a wide variety of businesses as a commercial real estate broker at global real estate company, Savills, and at New York-based Kaufman Organization. In 2021, Greg was recognized in Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” listing of New York real estate professionals. He earned his undergraduate degree in 2017 at Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management and continued his real estate education at New York University.
HarborPoint Residential owns five New Jersey properties that encompass 60 rental apartment units and 5 retail spaces.

Andy began investing in income-producing real estate in the early 2000s. He gained his knowledge of the commercial real estate field over 30 years, while serving as co-founder and publisher of two well-known industry news publications: Commercial Mortgage Alert and Real Estate Alert. In 2020, Andy and his business partner sold their financial news service, Harrison Scott Publications, to Newport Beach, California-based Green Street, a real estate information company. Prior to starting HSP, Andy worked as a financial news reporter in New York and Washington, D.C.
